Quality Inspection & Grading.

A hands-on assessment of natural stone to verify it meets agreed quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements - so buyers receive material that aligns with their expectations and intended application.

What we evaluate

Colour

Tone, saturation and consistency assessed against the agreed reference parcel for the contracted grade.

Size

Each parcel screened to the specified size range, with under- and over-sized material removed before packing.

Consistency

Every consignment is assessed for visual and physical consistency, ensuring quality standards are verified throughout the shipment rather than relying solely on representative samples.

Structure

Inspected for fracturing, internal flaws and structural integrity appropriate to the intended end use.

Cleanliness

Host rock, soil and foreign material removed before dispatch.

Overall Quality

A final sign-off on each consignment to confirm it meets your specification before it is sealed for export.

How it works

Inspection, end to end.

Every parcel is verified before it leaves the yard. The process is the same whether you order one container or run an ongoing supply programme with us.

01

Specification

We capture your grade, size and colour requirements in writing before any material is selected.

02

On-site review

Hands-on inspection of the parcel at the source or holding yard, with photo and video records.

03

Grading

Material is sorted against your specification - anything outside the agreed window is set aside.

04

Dispatch approval

A final quality sign-off confirms the parcel before it is bagged, sealed and loaded for export.

Material that matches the spec.

Share your grade and specification with us - we will inspect, grade and verify the parcel before it is sealed for export.
